The third website I designed is my ePortfolio (what you’re viewing right now). I created this to showcase my creative works ranging from writing to web design to graphic design to social media content creation. The first websites I designed are Creative Maniac and Jessica Sydney Creations.
The web design process for this website began with searching for the right theme that fit my aesthetic for my brand as well as functionality so the website is easy to navigate for viewers. Once a theme was chosen, I played around with the customization settings like the colors, widgets, layouts, etc.
The bulk of the web design process is done during the initial stages of the website. It will be continuous as I will change things from time to time.
For branding and graphic design, I wanted it to be monochromatic. Classic black and white is what I wanted to go for. I like the look and feel of it. It’s simplistic but presents nicely to viewers.
